Senior Staff Product Designer

The Senior Staff Product Designer will lead projects through the full design lifecycle, balancing near-term constraints with long-term product vision. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, execute strategic design work, and implement iterative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create meaningful impact by deeply understanding customer needs and translating that into better experiences
- Lead projects through the full design lifecycle, partnering with PMs and engineers to define problems and explore solutions
- Balance near-term constraints with long-term vision, defining what to build now and setting up what comes next
- Own problems wherever they lead, even when that takes you outside traditional design boundaries
- Move between strategic design work and hands-on execution
- Communicate design decisions and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years designing and shipping high-quality enterprise experiences, especially in complex, ambiguous problem spaces
- Passionate about the customer's perspective and motivated by real ownership
- Strong as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor
- Comfortable taking on work beyond traditional product design
- Skilled at shipping iterative solutions while keeping long-term product and UX goals in view
- Proficient in Figma, GitHub/Git/VSCode, Jira, and Heap, plus AI tools like Cursor or Claude
