Lead and execute design projects from concept to final delivery while maintaining a consistent brand identity across all communication channels. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to produce high-quality visual materials for digital, print, and event platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute design projects from concept to final delivery
- Provide creative direction and maintain a consistent visual identity across all design outputs and communication channels
- Oversee the creation of design materials such as banners, posters, social media content, and printed materials
- Proactively propose creative ideas and improvements to enhance brand image and campaign effectiveness
- Develop design concepts based on briefs or instructions from the Marketing Manager
- Lead and oversee design projects from concept to execution
- Collaborate with internal departments to finalize design output
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Graphic Design or related fields
- Proven experience in handling diverse design projects across digital and print platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesgin, …)
- Good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
