UX Designer

The UX Designer will craft end-to-end user experiences by balancing business requirements with user needs using a central design system. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accessible, usable, and cohesive digital products.
Responsibilities
- Craft the end-to-end user experience
- Bring designs to life with prototyping software
- Balance business requirements with user needs
- Be adaptable to the technical constraints of different platforms
- Pay close attention to usability details
- Advocate customer inclusion
- Collaborate proactively with the team
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience within User Experience design/Interaction Design
- Strong experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer (or possibly from a Visual Design background)
- Complete responsibility for the Interaction Develop project
- Excellent prototyping and layout skills
- Comfortable using existing design systems
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research
