The UX Designer will create innovative, industry-leading digital products and experiences for J.P. Morgan Personal Investing. They will ensure that financial data sharing adheres to principles of security, customer control, and privacy.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of digital products and experiences that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Design
  • Help to identify and prioritize customer needs and preferences
  • Assist in the development of business cases and proposals for new digital products and experiences
  • Participate in the testing and quality assurance of digital products and experiences

Requirements

  • Experience in digital product development, financial services, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital products and experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
