Develop and refine design processes while collaborating with product managers and engineers to create user-friendly solutions. Conduct user research and deliver robust UI/UX designs based on qualitative and quantitative customer insights.

- Develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement
- Create globally appealing, user-friendly designs, offering expert insights and suggestions
- Conduct user research, partner with product managers to drive solutions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer insights
- Deliver detailed, robust UI/ux design solutions, ensure a high-quality product design
Requirements
- Degree in graphic design, HCI, visual arts, or related field
- Web3 / Crypto / Payment / Finance / AI work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Open to learning and constructive feedback
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required
