Onsite $100,000 - $150,000 Full-time Senior

The role involves translating complex medical and AI innovation ideas into functional prototypes and product requirement documents. Additionally, the designer will lead AI education initiatives and create strategic visual content to align business goals with medical product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Early-Stage Prototyping & Requirement Analysis: Translate ambiguous innovation ideas into tangible low/high-fidelity prototypes for early AI products
  • Strategic Storytelling & High-Impact Design: Design and draft professional presentations for Solution Design, Brand Value Promotion, and POC Center Construction
  • AI Education & Training: Develop and deliver AI literacy training programs and workshops for internal teams to foster an 'AI-native' culture
  • Internal Media & Content Curation: Manage internal self-media channels, including the creation of industry briefs and innovation newsletters
  • AI Tool Integration & Execution: Oversee the application of GenAI in medical content creation, ensuring clinical value and compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields
  • MBA or Master's preferred
  • > 3-5 years' experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful digital or AI products
  • Experience in Digital Health, MedTech, or AI Product Management is highly preferred
  • Senior AIGC 'player' is highly preferred
