Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process from initial concept to final execution while refining the company's design system. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user insights and data into elegant visual solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from initial concept through polished execution
- Build on our existing design foundations by refining patterns, improving consistency, and contributing to the evolution of our design system
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross functional partners to shape problem definitions, explore solutions, and ship polished outcomes
- Translate user insights, data, and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual solutions
- Produce high quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets with strong attention to detail
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio that demonstrates your best work
- Deep understanding of design systems and a strong sense of visual and interaction design craft
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Eligible to work in Canada
