The Senior Associate will design user-centric interfaces and experiences to ensure seamless usability across digital platforms. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, create prototypes, and implement innovative design strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design innovative UI/UX solutions that align with user needs and business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement design strategies
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and improve user experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms
Requirements
- Experience Range: 4 to 7 years in UI/UX design or related fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design and user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Excellent understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative hybrid work environment
