You will work closely with the design team to create products that solve real user needs through deep research and analysis. This involves conducting field research, interviews, and shadowing to define objectives and follow product development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver user-centered solutions
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on research and UX
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
