UX Designer Freelance

The UX Designer will plan and execute user research, including usability testing and user behavior analysis. They are responsible for defining user flows, information architecture, and creating user journeys and empathy maps.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Analyze user behavior and generate actionable insights
- Create user journeys, empathy maps, and personas
- Define user flows and information architecture
- Write acceptance criteria and support functional definition
- Identify frictions and propose improvements based on evidence
Requirements
- Experience in digital products, preferably in banking, fintech, or complex digital services
- Proficiency in tools like Figma and Jira
- Ability to work in agile environments (scrum/squads)
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
