UX Designer Contractor

The UX Designer will plan and execute user research, including interviews and usability testing, to generate actionable insights. They will also define user flows, information architecture, and user journeys to improve digital product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Analyze user behavior and generate actionable insights
- Create user journeys, empathy maps, and personas
- Define user flows and information architecture
- Write acceptance criteria and support functional definition
- Identify friction points and propose improvements based on evidence
Requirements
- Experience in digital products (preferably banking, fintech, or complex digital services)
- Proficiency in tools like Figma and Jira
- Ability to work in agile environments (scrum/squads)
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
