UX Designer

The UX Designer will translate product requirements into engaging user experiences across Web, Mobile, and OTT platforms while evolving the company's visual language and design system. They will also lead usability research, create prototypes, and align cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive product development process.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements, concepts, and research into meaningful, engaging user experiences for Web, Mobile App and OTT formats
• Evolve layouts and interaction patterns over time, helping shape and refine our visual language and Design System
• Contribute to product direction by bringing a user-centered lens to roadmap discussions and longer-term planning
• Design intuitive, elegant flows and experiences as well as low to high fidelity prototypes for executive reviews
• Proactively create and update design documentation
• Plan and participate in usability studies and other forms of user research, then turn findings into concrete design decisions

Requirements

• Submit a portfolio link with your application
• 5+ years of experience designing native mobile apps, responsive web, and OTT apps with a strong portfolio of design work
• Strong expertise in Figma, and other design tools
• Strong organizational skills and performs with a high degree of diligence
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities
• Proactive and motivated by challenges

Benefits

• Annual Compensation Range: $81,000 - $100,000 CAD base + benefits + equity
