Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead UX research across multiple products and work closely with product managers and engineers to advocate for customer needs. You will also mentor junior designers and contribute to the design system.
Responsibilities
- Champion and lead UX research across multiple products
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problem spaces, validate hypotheses, and advocate for customer needs
- Translate insights into journey maps, problem statements, opportunities, and design strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design
- Proven track record of leading research efforts that influenced product decisions and drove measurable impact
- Advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, synthesis frameworks, and insight communication
