Hybrid $80,000 - $110,000 Full-time Senior

You will act as the design owner within a squad, collaborating with engineers and product managers to create and improve user experiences for mobile and web platforms. Your role involves taking full ownership of design projects from initial sketching to high-fidelity final outputs while using data-driven insights to increase engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes
  • Take into account existing insights, technical constraints, business needs, and specific platform demands to produce data-informed solutions
  • Lead design projects to increase activation, retention, and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing at consumer-focused tech companies
  • Strong UX Design skills and product mindset
  • Core strengths in visual design and ability to create high-quality designs
  • Ability to synthesize and incorporate feedback from product managers, engineers, and researchers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Portfolio is absolutely necessary
