- Communicate with product, business, data, and engineering teams to lead design projects
- Participate in product vision and roadmap establishment and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Identify and analyze problems in existing products and services and propose user experience improvement directions
Requirements
- Application design and service launch experience
- At least 5 years of end-to-end product design experience (UI & UX)
- Excellent typography, interaction design, visual design, and user research skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe
- Experience in setting up project strategies and creating results-based evidence
