The Product Designer will focus on process manufacturing, operations, and frontline worker experiences by creating workflow-driven designs. They will ensure high task efficiency, adoption, and clarity for operators and supervisors through mobile-first UX.
Responsibilities
- Support Maritech and Parsable, focusing on process manufacturing, operations, and frontline worker experiences
- Emphasize workflow-driven design, data capture, mobile-first UX, and usability in production environments
- Measure success by task efficiency, adoption, and clarity for operators and supervisors
Requirements
- 5-8 years of total experience
- 4+ years of designing SaaS, workflow, or mobile-enabled products
- Experience with Figma, mobile and responsive design patterns, workflow and task-based UI design
- Strong understanding of operational and frontline user needs
- Ability to design for speed, clarity, and minimal training
