The Mechanical Engineering Manager will lead the engineering department, mentor the design team, and manage project completions. They are also responsible for designing, testing, and enhancing pneumatic and hydraulic products while ensuring project objectives are met within budget.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and management of the engineering department
- Design, test, and enhance pneumatic and hydraulic products and processes
- Develop custom valves utilizing SolidWorks
- Conduct thorough analyses and simulations to evaluate product performance and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Design Engineering
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
