The Senior Product Designer will shape intuitive, scalable user experiences for enterprise productivity solutions by translating complex workflows into human-centered designs. They will manage the end-to-end design process, develop design systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, consistent product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer experience solutions for web, desktop, and mobile applications
  • Manage the design, creation, and production of customers experience elements from product concept through completion
  • Develop and execute customer experience solutions by employing a broad array of user centered design tools
  • Review and analyze high-profile or complex projects and may lead projects or teams of user-centered design specialists
  • Analyze relevant internal and external sites and consult standards and guidelines as well as policies to determine best practices
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide risk deliverables
  • Design, develop, test, and refine prototypes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience
  • Strong expertise in user-centered design practices, including user research, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data, Gen AI, AI/ML, or technical workflows into intuitive, human-centered experiences
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent
  • Ability to partner effectively with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to influence product strategy and execution
