You will partner with clinical leaders to design and iterate on AI-enabled care workflows and platforms. You are responsible for the end-to-end user experience, ensuring high standards for visual craft and interaction design.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of both patient and clinical needs
- Own the core experience of delivering care, from advice and coaching, to prescriptions, labs, and referrals
- Leverage cutting-edge tools to quickly prototype and iterate on innovative 0→1 experiences
- Raise the bar for interaction craft in the product
- Collaborate closely with clinical, product, and engineering teams, driving design decisions with data
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Passionate about complex workflow tools for specialized end users
- Able to blend system-level thinking with tactical execution
- Passion for craft and hold a high bar for visual design
- Strong skills in rapid prototyping and iterating new product experiences from scratch
