Expert UX Designer

Provide design leadership to product groups by solving complex challenges and applying user-centered design methods. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to standardize design systems while championing user needs across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Evangelizing UCD and user experience methods and practices across the organization
- Scrutinizing design patterns and ensuring unification of designs across multiple platforms
- Applying heuristic methods to evaluate and optimize design systems
- Putting user needs first and following best practice for enhancing patient safety through UX
- Implementing scalable processes and/or tools to enable functional productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field or equivalent Technical / Business experience required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 8+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience and expertise in using Figma
- Experience working in healthcare, finance or other complex, regulated fields
- Experience using AI in their design processes

- Compensation Range: $113,254-$164,785
