GRAPHIC DESIGNER SENIOR

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead and execute creative initiatives, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on production across various marketing channels. They are responsible for maintaining brand consistency, managing project workflows, and mentoring junior design staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives
- Contribute to brand evolution, visual systems, and strategic direction across channels
- Execute high-quality and creative content across print collateral, signage, marketing materials, social graphics, digital ads, presentations, and other brand assets
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working at a medium to large-sized business
- At least 3 years of mentoring junior graphic designers
- Portfolio showcasing both designs in print and digital work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
