Graphic Designer Full Time

The Graphic Designer will create strategic visual materials and campaigns, including flyers, signage, and social media content, while overseeing in-house print production. They will also collaborate with the communications team and assist with photography, video documentation, and event support.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Creative Director, other FNEFL team members, and third-party marketing company to create strategic communications and campaigns for the food bank
- Collaborate with team members to foster creativity and excellence in projects and ideas to support and promote the brand
- Assist Content Creator in documenting all facets of the food bank via photography and video
- Assist with the print production process using a wide format, latex printer, two 3D printers, a laser engraver, and an embroidery machine
- Assist with special events, fundraising initiatives, volunteer events, and food distribution activities
- Keep track of all assigned projects and maintain open communication with the Creative Director to make progress and give updates on all projects
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
- Minimum three years of experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio to demonstrate previous work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the organization in the community
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Working with local grocery stores, manufacturers and farms, we rescue high-quality food that would normally be wasted and transform it into meals for those in need. We connect that food to more than 160 partners and programs within our hunger network, like City Rescue Mission, The Sulzbacher Center and The Salvation Army. These partners are able to provide not only food to those in need, but services that can help these families and individuals end the cycle of poverty, including job training or placement, low-cost childcare, SNAP benefits, medical care, affordable housing and counseling.
