Senior Product Designer, Visual

The Senior Product Designer will lead design projects, create visual languages, and develop wireframes and interactive prototypes for digital products. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality creative output.
Responsibilities
- Execute top-quality design work in line with agency standards
- Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of a project
- Mentor Junior Designers
- Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications
- Work with Creative Directors and leads to ensure design work exceeds client expectations
- Explain and articulate design decisions and rationale with confidence
- Take an active part in client meetings and presentations
- Contribute to the creation and definition of flexible design systems and visual languages
- Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences for websites, landing pages, microsites, digital products, and mobile apps
- Collaborate across teams to build scalable, attainable solutions
- Prototype interactive experiences that engage users and drive conversion
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent education and experience
- Advanced command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience designing for digital platforms, including web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with front-end programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and hands-on experience in building websites and digital platforms
