Lead Product Designer

The Lead Product Designer will own end-to-end design execution and strategy while managing and developing a product design team in Pune. They will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to drive design vision and ensure high-quality, production-ready deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive design vision and strategy across the platform, aligned with business goals and user needs
- Act as the primary design partner for Product Managers, Engineering leads, and internal stakeholders
- Present and defend design solutions and strategy to executive leadership, tying design decisions to business outcomes
- Deliver production-ready designs with high standards for visual quality and attention to detail
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex digital products
- Experience managing or leading designers in a formal people management or player-coach capacity
- Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tooling
- Strong strategic thinking paired with exceptional visual design craft
