Design high-quality email campaigns, flows, and automations while collaborating with copywriters and strategists to drive conversion. Create unique visual assets, including motion-based GIFs, and ensure all work adheres to email design best practices and usability standards.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality email campaigns, flows, and automations for lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and retention experts to develop effective, conversion-focused creative
- Create unique visual assets, including GIFs, that bring motion and creativity into design work
- Apply email design best practices and usability principles to all deliverables
Requirements
- 2+ years of design experience, preferably in-house at DTC brands and/or agencies
- Knowledge of email design best practices, user-centered experience design, brand development, and the creative process
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, present, and articulate design rationale to clients
- Skills in Figma, Photoshop, and modern design tools
