Staff Product Designer

You will lead multiple areas of the product, defining the future of data analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions. You will own the design process from concept to release, actively incorporating user feedback to improve product adoption and utilization.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple areas of the product and help define the future of data analytics
- Design simple and elegant designs that delight business users as they explore data and generate insights
- Own areas of the product from design concept to release
- Work with PM, research, customer success, and support teams to actively seek end-user product feedback and advance solutions
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in interaction design
- Experience driving vision and future thinking while dealing with day-to-day gradual improvements
- Experience leading multiple areas and presenting new directions to leadership
- Demonstrably strong interaction design fundamentals with a flair for visual appeal
- Proven track record of designing commercially successful, world-class software
