You will own the design of the acquisition funnel, creating high-converting experiences across landing pages and onboarding flows. You will partner with growth, marketing, and engineering teams to iterate on designs based on data and user behavior.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel
- Translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, compelling, and high-converting experiences
- Rapidly generate, test, and iterate on concepts based on data, user behavior, and experimentation
- Partner closely with growth, marketing, product, and engineering to launch and refine experiments that drive measurable impact
- Identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities across the funnel - and proactively propose solutions
Requirements
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Curiosity for all things beautiful
- Good design isn't noticed, but felt
- A strong eye for craft and detail
- Exceptional skills with design tools, particularly Figma
- 3-5 years of relevant experience designing consumer web products for desktop and mobile
- An online portfolio of your work
