Lead the end-to-end design process for public safety applications while mentoring junior design staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and execute user-centered design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor junior members of the design organization
- Define and execute user-centered design strategies
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders
- Leverage industry best practices and tools to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes
- Work with a global Research team to evaluate and further develop Design ideas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience or Master's degree + 3 years of experience
- Travel requirements: under 10%
- Relocation provided: none
