You will design end-to-end experiences for building and managing AI agents while translating complex systems into intuitive interfaces. You will also collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ship features and iterate based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences for building, managing, and improving AI agents
- Translate complex systems into intuitive interfaces across chat, voice, and UI surfaces
- Collaborate deeply with engineers and PMs to ship quickly and iterate often
- Work directly with users to understand real workflows and pain points
- Define and evolve design systems that support AI-native interactions
Requirements
- 4+ years designing and shipping production products
- Strong ownership mindsetâyou drive projects from concept to launch
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Deep care for craft, usability, and visual polish
- Proficient in Figma with a strong portfolio
- Experience using modern AI tools as part of your workflow
