You will drive the end-to-end UX design for a custom merchandise store experience, from storefront creation to purchase and fulfillment. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to integrate AI and automation into intuitive shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive UX from concept to launch for the Merch on Demand store experience
  • Define how teams create custom storefronts
  • Design how AI generates on-brand designs
  • Determine how customers discover and customize products
  • Develop how they coordinate purchases
  • Partner with engineering, data science, business development, and cross-functional partners
  • Advocate for customers through research, facilitate brainstorming sessions, and present to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 7+ years of design experience
  • Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating user-centered design solutions
  • Experience designing and prototyping with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
  • Visual design expertise with ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant, and usable layouts and interactions
