Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Manager will drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the FacilityOS platform across web, mobile, and kiosk applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage the product backlog, and execute go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on product plans, including product requirements, specifications, and release plans
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for product differentiation
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop user-centered product designs that meet business requirements and customer needs
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize development efforts based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact
- Write user stories and other forms of product requirement documentation
- Drive product adoption and usage by working with marketing and sales teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor product performance and use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience translating customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycle
- 5+ years of SaaS product management experience
- Experience creating and communicating enterprise software product strategies to all levels of leadership
- Technical acumen and deeper familiarity with the nuances and inner workings of the engineering organization
- Ability to work with engineers to understand estimates, review technical specifications, architecture plans, and participate in security, scalability and infrastructure activities
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and countries
- Track record of leading all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
