Graphic Designer (Western Region) (3391)

The Graphic Designer will create and produce a wide range of digital and physical assets, including packaging, social media content, and marketing materials. They will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets including email campaigns, website graphics, social media content, and integrated campaign visuals
• Develop physical creative materials such as packaging, point-of-sale displays, brochures, event signage, and trade show assets
• Create sales and marketing tools including sell sheets, presentations, pitch decks, and product or display mockups
• Design and adapt social media assets across platforms including TikTok, Instagram Stories, feeds, and other emerging channels
• Ensure a cohesive, elevated brand presence across all channels, platforms, and consumer touchpoints
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality creative standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing and sales, as well as external vendors and production partners
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality control

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 3+ years of professional experience in brand and packaging design, preferably within consumer goods
• Strong creative strategy and execution skills with an emphasis on premium branding
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools
• Experience with artwork production and pre-press for high-quality print output
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
