Product Designer, Private Label

The Product Designer creates product and packaging concepts for private label collectibles, toys, and licensed merchandise. They collaborate with product management and merchandising teams to develop commercially viable designs from initial sketches to production-ready files.

Responsibilities

• Design licensed and private label collectibles, toys, trading cards, accessories, apparel accessories, and homewares
• Create product concepts from initial sketches through final production-ready artwork
• Develop fast, high-volume concept explorations and present multiple product ideas for merchant and buyer review
• Design packaging layouts and dielines and prepare print-ready files for production
• Translate 2D concepts into manufacturable products with awareness of 3D form, scale, and materials

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product design, packaging design, or consumer products design
• Experience designing licensed consumer products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating collectible, toy, packaging, or trading card design from concept through final execution
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of product form, color, typography, and production constraints
