Sr. Product Designer

The Sr. Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI for mobile-first sports gaming experiences. They will partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to iterate on features that drive user engagement, retention, and monetization.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process across key product surfaces, from early discovery and wire-framing to polished UI and shipped features
- Turn complex gaming flows into simple, intuitive experiences
- Partner cross-functionally to rapidly test, iterate, and refine features that drive engagement, retention, and revenue
- Lead product discovery alongside Product and Engineering to deeply understand user behavior, motivations, and friction points
- Translate insights into thoughtful UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that elevate the Chalkboard experience
Requirements
- Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital products (mobile experience strongly preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking — from UX strategy to polished UI
- Fluency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy
