The Senior UX Designer will lead the design strategy for the GCBP Transact Platform, influencing end-to-end user journeys across enterprise deals. They will partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive, industry-leading design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Direct design strategy for the Transact Platform, influencing end-to-end user journeys across structures
- Define and drive the UX goal for enterprise transact experiences to ensure seamless and cohesive interactions across GCBP surfaces
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into creative and thoughtful design solutions
- Communicate user experiences at various stages of the design process through wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Advocate for design-centered changes and refinements by integrating user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in UX product design, including interaction design
- Experience working on enterprise products or platforms
- Experience with GenAI Agentic UI design
- Experience designing with Figma
- Portfolio of UX design samples including product screens and information architecture
