Staff Product Designer - Financial Tools and Infrastructure

You will lead the end-to-end design of internal financial infrastructure tools, including ledgers, treasury systems, and reconciliation platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and establish scalable design patterns for complex enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy across Coinbase's financial infrastructure tools
- Own end-to-end design for high-impact features and net-new products
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance leadership, Treasury, Accounting, and Compliance to define problems, explore solutions, and ship experiences quickly
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional Product Design experience
- Proven track record designing enterprise solutions for complex workflows
- Experience designing internal tools, developer platforms, or operational tooling
- Strong data visualization skills
- Systems thinking
- Excellence in UX thinking, systems design, and clear written communication
