Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will develop high-quality visual communications for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, transforming complex data into engaging visual storytelling. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce print, digital, and PowerPoint materials while ensuring brand alignment and strategic accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Creative Execution: Design and produce high-quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials in support of Market Access initiatives
- Translate complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables
- Strategic Thinking: Apply knowledge of Market Access and Managed Markets audiences to creative decision making
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to deliver on time and on brief
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environment
- Prior experience supporting Market Access, Managed Markets, or payer-focused work preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong PowerPoint design expertise
- Figma/XD skills
- Working knowledge of print and digital production processes
