Graphic Designer / Print Production Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-volume retail circulars, flyers, and in-store signage while maintaining brand consistency. They collaborate with various departments to develop compelling marketing assets and ensure all visual content aligns with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assemble high-volume, multi-page weekly retail circulars and flyers using Adobe InDesign
- Develop and maintain creative assets for advertising and marketing, collaborating with multiple teams as needed
- Design and create advertising layouts; propose updates to existing content and graphics
- Identify, research, and evaluate improvement options, processes, and best practices
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Design or another creative field OR equivalent experience in a creative department in a corporate environment
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- 3 or more years of design experience in an agency or creative department
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep understanding of traditional and contemporary design standards (i.e., typography, UX/UI, color theory, and brand communication)
