The Graphic Designer/CSR manages the front-counter operations of the Jupiter sales office while providing expert design consultations for walk-in clients. They are responsible for creating high-impact visual solutions and ensuring all projects are accurately entered and production-ready.

Responsibilities

• Create effective visual solutions across a wide range of media
• Manage front-counter operations, serving as the primary representative of the organization
• Greet walk-in clients, answer phones, and manage the 'front of house' experience
• Work directly with clients to understand project requirements and provide expert guidance on design concepts
• Produce professional, high-impact designs for a variety of projects
• Convey expertise in products and services to clients, accurately taking and entering orders into the system
• Act as a proactive, dependable team player, ensuring a seamless job flow and high-quality finished product

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of print design work and layout skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle walk-in traffic with grace and professionalism
• Critical thinking skills to identify the best production approaches for unique client problems
