Own the end-to-end design process for enterprise and consumer experiences, from research to high-fidelity prototyping. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, human-centered interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process end-to-end — from discovery and research to high-fidelity design, prototyping, and delivery — across enterprise and consumer experiences
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape product strategy, goals, and success metrics
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, human-centered experiences
- Contribute to and evolve the Sanas Design System and UI component library
- Maintain high design quality standards with thorough documentation, accessibility guidelines, and clean engineering hand-offs
- Continuously improve design tools, practices, and workflows
- Conduct or partner on user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into design principles and solutions that improve usability and satisfaction
- Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle
- Work closely with PMs, engineers, and researchers to align on goals, requirements, and timelines
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product design
- A portfolio showcasing process, systems thinking, and shipped work that demonstrates usability, craft, and business impact
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototypes, and design system contribution
- Ability to leverage AI tools within the design workflow
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design best practices
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
