Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will lead research efforts, define roadmaps, and influence product direction through evidence-based design. They will also mentor junior designers and collaborate with product managers and engineers to advocate for customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Champion and lead UX research across multiple products, planning, conducting, and synthesizing findings from usability testing, interviews, field studies, and more
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problem spaces, validate hypotheses, and advocate for customer needs throughout the product lifecycle
- Translate insights into journey maps, problem statements, opportunities, and design strategies that drive alignment and clarity
- Lead the full UX design process, from discovery to high-fidelity designs and final handoff, keeping research at the core
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design, with demonstrated ownership over complex research and design initiatives
- Proven track record of leading research efforts that influenced product decisions and drove measurable impact
- Advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, synthesis frameworks, and insight communication
- Proficiency in Figma and experience building prototypes to test ideas early and often
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, especially when articulating user problems and research-backed decisions to cross-functional teams and executives
