Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer leads concept development and visual execution for marketing campaigns, focusing primarily on High Profile retail promotions while also supporting CPG brands like Cloud Cover and Galactic. This role involves designing across multiple channels, including print, digital, packaging, and environmental graphics, while ensuring strict adherence to brand consistency and creative excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual content that supports C3 Industries’ retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands
• Partner closely with the Design Director to concept, design, and execute creative assets across multiple channels
• Ensure creative output maintains consistency with established brand identity, tone, and visual systems across all channels
• Contribute to the development and refinement of brand guidelines, templates, and design systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, agency, or consumer packaged goods environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign development, branding, and multi-channel marketing design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience in Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, and PowerPoint are a plus
