Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will elevate the brand through high-impact visual storytelling across digital, print, motion, and video channels, partnering with marketing, sales, HR, and leadership. This role involves designing marketing assets, leading video production end-to-end, and creating materials for internal communications and sales enablement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve Carolina Handling's visual identity across all marketing and internal communication channels
- Design and execute high-impact marketing assets, including sales presentations, case studies, and campaign creative
- Translate complex technical and service-based offerings into clear, compelling visual narratives
- Develop multimedia assets supporting employee engagement, recruitment, leadership communications, and company initiatives
- Partner with HR, Internal Comms, and Sales to design assets for town halls, newsletters, recognition programs, and executive presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing or similar or equivalent years of hands-on experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and multimedia production
- Demonstrated experience supporting both external marketing and internal communications
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and brand execution
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
