Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will execute the strategic vision for property marketing collateral, designing visually stunning materials such as brochures, offering memorandums, and presentations for investment properties. This role also involves creating impactful logos and brand styles while overseeing production quality and presenting design concepts to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Executes the strategic vision of property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners, marketing partners and COE team leadership
• Designs visually stunning property marketing materials, including property brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, brokers opinion of values (BOV), presentations, and other graphics
• Creates impactful and memorable logos and brand styles that effectively represent the essence of the property and conveys a strong visual identity
• Oversee all creative aspects of production and quality control, communicating progress to Marketing Specialists and liaising with Marketing leadership as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in professional services graphic design
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong capability to work efficiently and independently to maintain high quality in a high-volume department
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
