Staff Product Designer, Workspaces

The Staff Product Designer will lead the design of Linktree's Workspaces platform, focusing on enabling agencies and large organizations to manage multiple Linktrees, collaborate, and launch campaigns at scale. This involves designing systems for profile management, collaboration, permissions, and ensuring seamless integration across the Linktree ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design of Workspaces
- Designing experiences that enable users to manage many Linktrees from one place
- Creating workflows for bulk editing, campaign management, analytics, collaboration, and account administration
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Significant experience designing complex SaaS workflows, platform products, or multi-user systems
- A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, workflow design, and exceptional UI craft
