The Senior UX Designer will drive UX strategy, champion human-centered design practices, and lead the production of design specifications across project timelines. They will create best-in-class digital experiences by developing concepts, storyboards, and interactive prototypes based on client, business, and technical inputs.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership to influence project strategy and be an evangelist for UX practices
- Lead the production of design specs and other documentation
- Create best-in class digital experiences based on client, business and technical inputs
- Develop new concepts, storyboards, screen flows, detailed designs and interactive prototypes
- Lead the analysis and integration of user data and research findings
- Conduct market scans to identify trends and best practices
- Conduct concept and usability testing
- Track user experience metrics and analytics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in user-centered digital design and user experience
- University degree or certification in User Experience, or equivalent work experience
- UX portfolio demonstrating impactful customer experiences
- Strong UI / visual design acumen
- Demonstrated experience with user research methods
- Proficiency with current design and collaboration tools
Benefits
- Base pay range: $90,000 - $140,000
