This individual contributor role involves owning end-to-end design for key consumer experiences across mobile apps, web applications, the marketing website, and the Blockchain Explorer. Responsibilities include creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI while partnering closely with Product and Engineering to ship impactful features.
Responsibilities
- Product Design Execution: Own end-to-end design for key product areas and user journeys
- User Experience & Craft: Simplify complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing
- Design Systems & Consistency: Contribute to and evolve the design system across platforms
- Mentorship & Influence: Provide feedback and design critiques to other designers
Requirements
- 5-8+ years in Product Design (consumer products)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped mobile and web products
- Very strong appetite for aesthetics
- Direct crypto experience (required): wallet, exchange, DeFi, explorer, or on-chain products
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Deep understanding of mobile and web UX patterns
- Experience designing for crypto-specific challenges: Self-custody, Transactions & signing flows, Trading UX, Blockchain data representation, Trust & security design
