Senior Product Designer
Stukent Remote (🇺🇸 Idaho Falls, Idaho, United States of America)
The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframes to production-ready specifications, while partnering closely with product managers and engineers through discovery and delivery. This role also involves contributing to and evolving the company's design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all product surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process from research to production-ready specs
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout discovery and delivery
- Contribute to and help evolve Stukent's design system
- Design for accessibility and champion inclusive design
- Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
- Mentor and provide feedback to other designers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or equivalent role
- Proven ability to work autonomously across the full design lifecycle
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and clean visual design skills
- Solid working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
