- Enhance and optimize the website, focusing on conversion rate and A/B testing
- Design promotional materials and assets for marketing campaigns
- Create presentations, banners, and other marketing content
- Contribute to building and maintaining the website design system
Requirements
- UI/Visual Design: websites and landing pages
- Graphic Design: promo materials, banners, presentations, and illustrations
- Conversion-focused design (CRO basics)
- UX Research: surveys, interviews, competitive analysis
- Design Systems knowledge
- Basic understanding of design processes like JTBD, Double Diamond, and Design Thinking
