Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for designing robust experiences for complex financial products, ensuring high-quality execution and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. This involves translating financial flows, business rules, and technical requirements into intuitive, functional, and consistent interfaces to drive product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex problems into clear, functional, and well-structured solutions
- Understand user needs and business objectives to propose efficient and intuitive experiences
- Design complete flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces with high visual refinement
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to the existing Design System
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and good implementation of solutions
- Participate actively in product discussions, contributing with experience and usability vision
- Evolve components within the Design System when necessary, maintaining coherence and scalability
- Consider critical product requirements, such as clarity in payment flows, error prevention, validations, and user feedback
- Contribute to good documentation and handoff practices for engineering
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer in digital products
- Mastery of UX, UI, and complex flow construction
- Experience with Design Systems and componentization
- Strong skills in Figma (components, variants, auto layout)
- Ability to work with technical teams and understand implementation limitations
- Experience with prototyping and usability testing
- Collaboration with PMs and engineers
- Autonomy in execution and sense of responsibility for deliveries
- Attention to detail and visual quality
